Giving power to fear is in fact making it God. Sometimes we make good decisions and sometimes they are not wise decisions. A decision is making a choice. A decision is something we think about and move on the decision. As far as thinking of ourselves I have learned in the past few years how important it is to think or ourselves, in the way I mean taking care of ourselves. Being healthy. I really like the one line in this post about an afterthought keeping us from being bought. One final thought can make something clear and can keep us from taking a road with nails.

Nicely written AJ. This piece certainly levels a challenge to each of us.
decisions, decisions... once made, we should stand by them. scared we may be, fear is a powerful force to contend with when it comes to the unknown, but damn, the satisfaction of having done it, achieved it, how rewarding is that....
we own our decisions, noone else can own them. We consider them and should always give time for the afterthought :) I like that!
but once made, is the fear of moving forwards more than the fear of staying put and never knowing?
Sometimes we just need to put fear oneside and taking care of ourselves as best we can, put our best foot forwards and see what lies ahead. Trust that all will be well.

Decisions are always hard....but when done sticking to them is harder...nicely speaks of that quest.
