(PIANO THROUGHOUT)
My precious one
My brave bunny
Becomes a part of this incendiary
Tip-toeing
Through the past
But, towards the future
Bourbon in a mug
And, pills with it
Helps to forget
The voice that has gone
The face that has gone
Words are trivial
Now, the immortalized speak
Dying is easier
But, seeing one die isn’t
So, one more would have done no harm
I can’t come with you now
But I shall soon be there with you, my precious
This quiet rain
Does not stop falling
Paradise
Is now a grey day
Stars shimmer
Like a cemetery in the sky
Searched under the bed
Below the stairs
But, the missing piece
Was forever gone
Love lost
Life lost
Bourbon in a mug
And, pills with it
Helps to forget
The voice that has gone
The face that has gone
Shock in my eyes
Pain in my eyes
Fury in my eyes
Innocence in my eyes
Memories in my eyes
Smile in my eyes
Thank you
Another balloon floats in the air
I am here with you, my precious

Beautiful words...you can certainly feel the pain and also the serenity that our loved ones are waiting for us after this life. Beautifully written.
You never cease speaking to her, altho as stated- Words are trivial. It's sad, but not hopeless-
I like your bourbon refrain.
A sad good bye
no more hellos
an eye opening tribute
to ones that go
Yes life is hard
not all can stand
I read this as if
It’s not by one’s own hand
such sadness... drowning of sorrows... numbing of the mind... superb writing!
