The little lamp

(Piano INTRO)

In the land of belated wishes
Where the shadows eves drop on forgotten dreams
And, silence weaves a web of enchanted themes

(Drums BEGIN)
(Instrumentals – 1 minute)

Lives
Have stories of their own
Lies
Give birth to the unknown

(Drums STOP)

Live with me for this moment
That is going to become a memory
The little lamp scares the fear away
In the darkest night
If you don’t risk a thing
You risk even more
So remember
Surrender to the moment

(Drums BEGIN)
(Guitar SOLO)

The blanket of ignorance covers everything
But, it watches all
It hides away the fiery lightning
Muffles away the thunder
Cushions every fall you have
And, what you’ve seen is hard to recall

(DUAL VOCALS)

I am
Burying in time
The regret
I try to forget

(Drums STOP)
(Guitar + Piano DUAL)
(Drum BEGINS)

Live with me for this moment
That is going to become a memory
The little lamp scares the fear away
In the darkest night
If you don’t risk a thing
You risk even more
Surrender to the moment

(Piano EXTRO)

Wow this was beautiful :)
Surrendering the darkness and living moments of light in the present and creating them into memories to bring a different present....quite a positive song it indeed is....

Wasn't able to read for some time....loads of catching to do....

Keep writing

Sounds like being on the verge of letting go of the pain and putting it into perspective so life can be lived fully in the moment.

That is so true, and yet so many people avoid the risks.

Very nice.
I don;t know if it's easier buring the agnst or living with it.
Buring it would haunt you.
Living with it would set you free

Out of the two, I have just read; this will stick in my mind (to the sides of my brain) and rest awhile there.

This strikes me as being about bravery- to risk n break out of the old pattern.
I'll remember this too
