The Little Lamp

(Piano INTRO)

In the land of belated wishes
Where the shadows eves drop on the forgotten dreams
And, silence weaves a web of enchanted themes

(Drums BEGIN)
(Instrumentals – 1 minute)

Lives
Have stories of their own
Lies
Give birth to the unknown

(Drums STOP)

Live with me for this moment
That is going to become a memory
The little lamp scares the fear away
In the darkest night
If you don’t risk a thing
You risk even more
So remember
Surrender to the moment

(Drums BEGIN)
(Guitar SOLO)

The blanket of ignorance covers everything
But, it watches all
It hides away the fiery lightning
Muffles away the thunder
Cushions every fall you have
And, what you’ve seen is hard to recall

(DUAL VOCALS)

I am
Burying in time
The regret
I try to forget

(Drums STOP)
(Guitar + Piano DUAL)
(Drum BEGINS)

Live with me for this moment
That is going to become a memory
The little lamp scares the fear away
In the darkest night
If you don’t risk a thing
You risk even more
Surrender to the moment

(Piano EXTRO)

Nice to see your blog update after long....hope all was well....

I loved the line where u talked of burying off the regret.....sometimes it is as important than anything....and in some times that little light from the little lamp does it all...as it removes the darkness around....nice work with lot of deep meanings.

That is a really cool picture.
You sound better. Burying the regret is healthy. My favorite line is "if you don't risk a thing you risk even more". Very good. How are you?

Hi AJ,

You've made an amazing comeback with this. I'm glad to see you writing. I love the line "surrender to the moment" and love the intro as well. Nicely written.
